How do I make my entire home/ business smell great?
We have various scent systems that cover different amounts of areas based on square footage and volume. Our scent systems can be connected past your HVAC. The scent systems are usually mounted on the wall or placed in an accessible area very close to the duct work. A small hole is created in the duct work, usually no bigger than the size of your pinky. The unit is then connected to the duct work with a hose that has a direct connection.
How do I know what aroma I want?
It is very possible you experienced one of our scents at a hotel, retail store, cruise ship, gym, event, you name it! If you did, please call us at 305.446.1670 or send us an email at [email protected] and we can confirm the scent you experienced.
Can I have free fragrance samples?
Yes, you can! If you fill out our Fragrance Request Form and select the samples you would like with a full name and address, we can send you samples! Limit to 5 samples.
I didn't love the scent I chose, can I return it?
If you did not love the scent you purchased, please note that we do offer scent samples for FREE before purchasing. We cannot take back opened bottles of oil.
What separates Air Essentials from the competition?

Maintenance
Before switching aroma oil bottles in your scent system, please clean diffuser straw from residue by doing the following:
- Place paper towel under the diffuser straw.
- After that, diffuse for 10 minutes. This will evaporate the oil residue within the diffuser straw and scent system – eliminating used oil fragrance.
- Once finished, place new aroma oil within bottle and diffuse.
Where is my HVAC unit?
Usually, your HVAC can be found in a separate room, closet, garage, roof, or ceiling. This is not to be confused with the compressor, which many times is located outside. The unit can be found close to the thermostat in many cases.
What do I need to install my unit HVAC?
Your unit brings everything you need to install. If you are installing HVAC, you will need a screwdriver to mount the unit.
What is the difference between going HVAC and stand alone unit?
HVAC means your unit will be connected to the HVAC and will scent all areas the HVAC duct lead to. Stand Alone unit means that it can be placed anywhere near a power outlet and scent the surrounding area.
Does the scent machine stay on all day?
It depends. All scent units are different. Some can be pre-programmed to turn on and off automatically to the hours of your choice. Others have to be manually turned ON and OFF.
Do the units have warranty?
All units have a one-year warranty with Air Essentials. After one year, units can be repaired for an additional charge.
Do you ship internationally?
All online orders ship in the continental US only. If you would like to place an international order please send us an email to [email protected] with a full list of the items you are interested in and a full mailing address. If you are not sure what you would like to purchase, send us an email with a good time to call you.
Do you come out to spec locations?
Every location is different. The more complex it is, the more likely it will require a spec out. The most important information we need to provide you a quote is the following:
-What area you want scented? Example- Lobby, Hallways, Trash room, Gym, ETC
-How many HVAC units cover the area(s) you want scented
-What is the square footage of the area(s) you want scented
Do you do local pickups?
Yes we do!
Here's how it works:
- Customers who place a pickup order will be sent an email notifying them that their order was received and would receive another
- The online order must be picked up within 5 business days or the order will go back to inventory.
The pickup option will only be available at our local Miami, Florida location. Our address is 7055 SW 47th Street Miami, Florida 33155.
Please note: Local pickups are not available for orders including subscription products.
