I like the concept of this small device, wish I had ordered the larger version. This small one is a little complicated to use at least for me.

The small printout of instructions did not explain much at all. I got a mist sound once but didn’t smell anything. I was pressing buttons nothing was happening. I left it on charger for 2 hours still nothing. Lights flashing & then stopped. When I was able to communicate with someone from the company & did what they said, they agreed that I had gotten a defective device. Offered to send me another one & said it would be tested first before sent out to me. I chose a refund. Then it took longer than it should to receive a email from them where I had to print out a refund slip & a paper I had to fill out to place in the box with the device without the oil. I did all of that sent it through FedEx. The tracking said it was delivered Wednesday. Today is Thursday & I tried to send a email asking how long will it take for me to get my refund. I haven’t heard anything. At this point I just hope to get my money back soon. I’m very disappointed.
