The reason I did not give it 5 stats is because I am unable to pair my phone with the tower and the tower is not listed as one of the devices in the app. Called customer service and they stated 2.0 is the wrong app to download despite what the instructions said. However, the app i need to download of not compatible with newer phones. So I need to call customer service back to see if they found a resolution
Very frustrating because I have not been able to use it since the lowest manual setting is too strong and with no app access, I can't modify it.

Wonderful aroma in my home now

I’m loving it. Just wish the larger version wasn’t sold out.

I was not impressed with cuddle cotton , nor was I impressed with customer service . They acted lile I was bothering them .

Great air difusser . I have been a long time Air Esscentials customer since a vacation in Miami . Best products and scents .
